This document illustrates  tools that  could be used for long-distance professional development opportunities for parliamentary staff in the context of APKN.  It is intended as an introductory resource and does not contain an exhaustive list of e-learning technologies or methodologies.

It provides an orientation of tools and resource meant to help parliamentary staff  and MP???identify ways to use these technologies. These materials are designed to help you understand commonly used e-Learning technologies and to encourage you to experiment with innovative ways of using them to meet your training needs.
