The conference will be attended by Speakers and Presidents of African Parliaments , high-level representatives of international organizations and senior experts on ICT.

The attendance to the conference is strictly limited to invited participants. Advance registration is required.

Languages

The working languages of the Conference will be English and French.

Organisation

The Parliament of Rwanda is hosting the Conference, organized in cooperation with the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs (UN/DESA), and under the aegis of the Pan African Parliament.
